Kiev: "Moscow must withdraw its troops."
(LaPresse) It’s total blackout risk in Kiev due to Russian attacks on energy infrastructure, and Mayor Vitali Klitschko warns residents of Ukraine’s capital, “Enemies are doing everything for the city to be without heating, electricity and water.” The first citizen urges residents to stock up on food or temporarily move out of the city. Kremlin spokesman Peskov, on the other hand, says, “Russia remains open to negotiations, the obstacle is Ukraine’s refusal to sit at a table.” Immediately Kiev clarified. “Never been against negotiations, we will do them when there is a new Russian leader. And Moscow must withdraw its troops.”
