Still a lot to do but Italy is doing better than Germany, says Renzi

Italian prime minister Matteo Renzi said on Tuesday that the country's economy is improving and that a lot of work is still to be done, despite doing better than France and Germany. "Numbers are beginning to move in a positive way, but a long road stll lies ahead", Renzi said from the university of Catania, where he participated in the inauguration of the 'Ferdinando Latteri' biological tower. "The data on GDP are still not satisfactory, but for the first time there is a change: we are dong better than Germany and France", he said. "It is just the beginning, there is still a lot to do", he added.
