Referendum is not about future of government but Italy's, says Renzi

Italian prime minister Matteo Renzi said on Friday that the constitutional referendum that will be held on December 4th will about the future of the country, not his. Renzi highlighted this idea in an interview with Rai Radio Uno, saying: "I said it and I reiterate that we are not talking about my future or that of my government, we made a mistake at the beginning of the referendum campaign in conveying a message too focused on this". "This referendum is about the future of the country, not mine", he then added.
