Isis recruiter in Italy arrested in Sudan, authorities say

Tunisian terrorist Moez Fezzani, considered by the investigators as the recruiter of the Islamic State (ISIS) group in Italy, has been arrested in Sudan, intelligence sources said on Monday. The authorities said that Fezzani, also known as Abu Nassim, had been part between 1997 and 2001 of a Milan-based terrorist cell that recruited men to send to war zones. A court in Milan condemned him two years ago for conspiracy to commit acts of terrorism. Fezzani was included in a list of 25 people who left for Syria with the purpose of fighting for ISIS. The list defined him as "a former Tunisian extremist, now with ties to the Ansar al Sharia terrorist organization". Reports that he was arrested already circulated last August, but they were denied.
